Еvent Dedicated to the 24th Anniversary of Liberation of Shushi in Tbilisi

On May 7 the diplomatic staff of the Embassy of the Republic of Armenia in Georgia participated in an event dedicated to 24th anniversary of Liberation of Shushi in Galust Gyulbenkyan hall of “Hayartun” center of the Armenian Diocese in Georgia.

Defense Attache of the Republic of Armenia to Georgia Colonel Samvel Ramazian and adviser to the Embassy Karen Melikyan gave welcoming speeches.

The event was also attended by Armenian veterans, intellectuals, priests and other representatives of the Armenian community. During the event veteran Stanislav Manukyan presented a song dedicated to Shushi, documentary film "Wedding in the Mountains" was shown, patriotic poetry of Armenian classics and songs dedicated to the motherland were performed.

The event was the launch of the celebrations of May holidays in Tbilisi.
