Meeting with the First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia

On May 15, 2012 the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to Georgia Hovhannes Manoukian met with the First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia Nikoloz Vashakidze.

At the course of the meeting was discussed the collapse of the bell tower of Surb Nshan Church, which took place on May 13 in Tbilisi. The sides reached a mutual agreement on the need of speedy recovery and fortification works to be done on the church in order to avoid the similar incidents in the future.

Armenian Ambassador and the First Deputy Foreign Minister have also touched upon a question on the beginning of repair works of the building of Tbilisi State Armenian Dramatic Theatre after Petros Adamyan, and other issues of the agenda of mutual relations.
